The early check-in was smooth. the food at the main restaurant was varied and delicious. the staff was cute and helpful. the facilities were clean and in very good condition. i really liked the animation team activities, they were a blast. i also appreciated mr moemen's assistance. He was always available and solved every issue. the resort ensured an enjoyable stay. i have to thank mr adel too, the restaurants manager.

The aquapark got quite crowded. It was hard to get a chair near the slides. this made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the water park facilities

i was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. the animation team kept everyone entertained with various activities by the pool and beach. the food was fresh and plentiful, especially at the gamila restaurant, and the guest treatment was amazing. ahmed, the reception manager, provided polite and helpful service.

the only small issue i faced was that the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the resort.

the gym had the equipment i needed. it wasnt crowded.

the room looked old. it smelled bad too. ordering a taxi through the hotel was a bad choice. i had to walk outside the hotel. the walk took around 3 minutes each time.
